Established in 2021

The Woodfield Hotel opened it’s doors in June 2021 in the scenic town of Clifden. With spacious and bright bedrooms which have unbeatable views alongside our comfortable Bar & Restaurant, we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, using the finest locally sourced produce which can be enjoyed whilst overlooking Clifden Bay. Our Terrace Bar & Grill overlooks Clifden Bay. Relax in the sun, while enjoying the landscaped gardens and Connemara landscape. The Woodfield offers a warm and inviting welcome to all its guests.

Rooms are spotless with very comfortable beds

Celebrated a birthday with family here. Rooms are spotless with very comfortable beds. Dinner was amazing and they arranged a cake for the birthday girl and it was the best cake we ever ate. Highly recommend this boutique hotel in the heart of Clifden. Suitable base for exploring connemara & the west of Ireland. This hotel will do very well.

Woodfield hotel is unique and picturesque set between the foothills of the Twelve Bens and the Atlantic Ocean... – Staff in the bar were great and super friendly. Hotel handled the social distancing extremely well and never felt at risk! Great hotel and cant wait to go back.. Thanks Jimmy & becky
